Delivery Fees

Delivery in the UAE:

  • Order value equal to and above AED 301: Free
  • Order value equal to and below AED 300: AED 30.00
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 days within order confirmation

payment confirmation will be sent by email once the order is placed, if not you can share the order screenshot along with the order confirmation number to sales@stree.ae

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the city limits of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Sharjah. We will contact you and let you in advance if any additional delivery charges apply to your order before it is dispatched for delivery. If you would like to check before you place your order whether such charges apply to your location please email us at sales@stree.ae the address to which you will want the order to be delivered and we will let you know.

Please keep the proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

Please note that for Cash-on-Delivery orders our representative will call you before processing and dispatching your order. If we cannot reach you via phone after 3 attempts your order will be cancelled.

Delivery outside the UAE:

We may not be able to deliver certain products (such as syrups, smoothies, and purees) outside the UAE. Shipping charges depend on the weight and dimensions of the packed order. Please email us at sales@stree.ae with the products you would like to order so that we can quote you for the delivery fees.

All orders shipped outside the UAE are subjected to customs duty and other local charges which are not charged at the time of order placement. These charges will be communicated to you by the shipping company and will be due at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the payment of these charges.

Identity Verification

To protect you from fraud attempts we may request you to provide a copy of your valid ID during delivery in order to verify your identity. Your order may be cancelled if we are unable to verify your identity.
