Puly Camp Verde is the 100% organic version of the Italian cleaning classic for the brewing head of espresso machines. The difference: the green version does not contain phosphates, but otherwise remains true to the decades of success recipe. The application alone takes a little longer. Use this cleaner if you want to free your espresso machine from the grease residue of your coffee. Not suitable for descaling your machine.
It removes coffee residues and fat deposits, while preventing the formation of unpleasant odors inside the grouphead, the discharge valve, and in all water passages of the espresso machine, including filters and portafilters.
It is made using ingredients from renewable plant-based sources (such as sugar cane, roots…) rather than petroleum, completely soluble in water. In line with European regulations and compliant with the new REACH and CLP regulations.

Cleaning Tips
Coffee beans contain oils and fats that are transported to their surface during roasting. They are the main components of espresso crema, but they oxidise rapidly and become rancid, depositing on the inner walls of the dispensing group (showerhead, filter, and portafilter) where, due to the high temperature, they tend to carbonise. These residues impart an unpleasant and persistent bitter taste to the beverage, compounded by the rancidity caused by oil oxidation, which occurs within 12-18 hours.
