Return Policy

S TREE GENERAL TRADING (“STREE F&B”) gives you the option to return an item purchased on (defined as the “Site”) according to the Return Terms and Conditions listed below. You can file to return any product included in a returnable category within 7 days from receipt of shipment.

Return Terms and Conditions

The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

You have received a wrong product;

You have received a product that is not as described on the Site;


You have received a faulty or damaged product.


You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.

Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.

For home appliances, coffee machines, scales and other electronics, open products will be accepted only if different from description or picture displayed.


Non-returnable Products:

You do not have the right to return, replace or exchange the following products:

  1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
  2. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
  3. Products that fall under specific categories, including food, coffee, tea, beverages, frappe and chocolate powders, purees, sauces, smoothies, syrups, and other consumable food products;
  4. Products that are classified as hazardous materials;
  5. Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you;
  6. Items on promotion or sale;
  7. Items that are not in original condition and packaging;
  8. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period;
  9. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective;
  10. Orders shipped to international destinations outside the UAE;

Request a Return:

You may contact us through email at, social media or by calling +971 55 875 4554. You should provide the following details: Order Number, Reason for Return, Attached photo of the product you received.


  • For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) in full plus the return shipping fees in case:
  • The product is faulty or not as described on our Site; or
  • If you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description.
  • In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and we will not refund the cost of return shipping.

Note: If you would like to return the product without paying the return shipping fees, please deliver it back to us at Office 307, 3rd Floor, Emitac Building, Garhoud, Dubai).

  • For products ordered on our Site but not yet delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Procedure:

 We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

  • If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue you a refund in cash that you will need to collect in person at our office upon presenting your Emirates ID. Otherwise, you may choose to receive the refund as a credit to be used on our Site up to 30 days;
  • If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as a credit to be used on our Site up to 30 days or to your credit/debit card.

Refund Timescale:

 Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

  • If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within fifteen (15) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center;
  • If your refund is a credit to be used on our Site, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team; or
  • If you have cancelled your order before shipping, we will provide a Site credit within three (3) days from the cancellation, or within fifteen (15) if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
