Our 100% Cocoa is sourced from the El Ceibo co-operative in Bolivia. The cocoa is naturally processed which means it is non-alkalized – this gives it a complex, malty flavour and a reddish colour.

Our 100% Organic Cocoa powder can be mixed with sugar to create bespoke hot chocolate blends, simply mix the cocoa with sugar to your taste and add hot milk and serve.

How to make ZUMA 100% COCOA Drink

Simply Mix the ZUMA 100% cocoa with sugar to your taste. Add a splash of hot water and mix into a smooth paste. Add steamed milk, stirring as you pour. Enjoy!
